創立於 2014 年的 ChenjingkaiOffice，提供客製化手工皮鞋的服務，將皮鞋拆解成鞋款、鞋面材質、鞋底、鞋帶孔與鞋帶，讓消費者選擇自己喜愛的樣式，並透過老師傅手工製作的等待，拿到自己所精心設計的鞋款。座落於通安街的 Chenjingkai Office 因頂級的用料與老師傅的手工技藝讓許多外國人也慕名而來。
